This questionnaire will help us to gather information about your brand and the services you are interested in booking.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
We will discuss details about your brand goals, as well as, clarify any questions you may have about our prices and design process.
Step 3. Contract & Payment
We require 50% of your design costs to be paid before we can began work. After we have reached an agreement on price and finalized the details of your project, we will send you an invoice.
Step 4. Getting Started
During this phase, we will begin working on your project and will provide daily/weekly progress updates or design previews. Revistions and edits are also made during this phase.
Step 5. Project Completion
After your project is completed, final payment will be due. All relevant files will be emailed to you. Custom websites will be published. If you ordered branded materials, those items will be mailed out to you.
Step 6. Ongoing Support
Our services to you do not end with your invoice. We are here to assist you in any way that we can.
